High-purity nitric oxide (NO) gas supplied from China for semiconductor manufacturing, chemical synthesis, and medical applications.
High-purity nitric oxide (NO) gas for semiconductor oxidation, chemical vapor deposition, nitric acid production, and medical diagnostics.
Nitric oxide is a colorless gas at standard temperature and pressure, sparingly soluble in water but soluble in ethyl alcohol and carbon disulfide. As an important inorganic compound, it readily oxidizes to nitrogen dioxide (NO₂) at room temperature and reacts with halogens to form nitrogen oxyhalides. Nitric oxide serves as a key material in semiconductor production for oxidation and chemical vapor deposition processes, as a standard gas mixture for atmospheric monitoring, and in the manufacture of nitric acid, silicon oxide films, and nitrosyl carbonyl. It is also used as a bleaching agent for synthetic silk, a stabilizer for propylene and dimethyl ether, and as an adjunct for diagnosis and treatment in medical clinical applications, typically transported as a liquefied compressed gas.
Global Shipping & Export Compliance
Nitric oxide (UN 1660) is classified as a toxic, corrosive, and oxidizing compressed gas and must be handled under strict hazardous materials regulations.
- Sea freight (FCL / LCL) – standard export method
- Air freight – limited availability (regulatory controlled)
Required Export Documents
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS)
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
- Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD)
- UN-certified cylinder documentation
- Commercial invoice & packing list
How to Order Nitric Oxide Gas from China
