High-purity sulphur hexafluoride (SF₆) gas supplied from China for electrical insulation and high-voltage systems.

Sulfur hexafluoride is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic, non-flammable stable gas. It is one of the most chemically inert gases known, remaining stable at temperdatures up to approximately 400°F (204°C) in the presence of most materials. As a typically non-polar gas, it is slightly soluble in water and oil but highly soluble in non-polar organic solvents. When distilled water is saturated with Sulfur hexafluoride, the pH remains unchanged. It serves as a new generation of ultra-high voltage insulating dielectric material. High-purity electronic grade Sulfur hexafluoride is an ideal electronic etchant, typically transported as a liquefied compressed gas.

SF₆ gas is classified as a non-flammable compressed gas and must be handled under strict hazardous materials regulations.

  1. Send technical requirements (purity, pressure, application)
  2. Receive quotation (EXW / FOB / CIF options)
  3. Confirm cylinder specification & compliance
  4. Review COA, MSDS, and certification documents
  5. Production, filling, and quality inspection
  6. Hazardous goods shipping arrangement
  7. Delivery and final inspection at destination
  1. Choosing suppliers only based on lowest price
  2. Ignoring cylinder certification and pressure rating
  3. Not verifying moisture and impurity levels
  4. Skipping third-party inspection before shipment
  5. Overlooking export documentation compliance
